2. Data We Collect
We collect minimal data necessary to provide our services:
- Analytics Data: We use PostHog analytics on this site. Before you make a choice, and if you reject, it only counts page views, without cookies or a personal profile, and stores nothing on your device. If you accept in the banner, it also stores an identifier in your browser (cookie and local storage) and records clicks and interactions. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer.
- Calendar Bookings: When you book a call on this site, we store your name, email, company (optional), your note (optional) and the chosen time on our own booking service (book.opencream.ai) on our servers at Hetzner in Germany.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To respond to your inquiries and provide requested services
- To schedule and manage consultations
- To understand website traffic patterns (without personal profiles)
- To improve our website and services
4. Legal Basis (GDPR Art. 6)
- Consent: For analytics identifiers and interaction tracking that you accept in the cookie banner.
- Legitimate Interest: For privacy-preserving, cookieless page-view analytics without personal profiles to understand website traffic and improve our services.
- Contract: To provide services you've requested, including arranging a call you book (steps prior to a contract, Art. 6(1)(b)).
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- PostHog Analytics: Analytics, hosted in the EU (eu.i.posthog.com). Without your consent: page views only, no cookies, no local storage, no personal profile. With your consent: an identifier stored in your browser plus click and interaction events. Session recordings are switched off.
- Booking (book.opencream.ai): Our own booking service, running on our servers at Hetzner in Germany. The booking calendar on the homepage loads from it. No third-party booking tool is involved.
- Google Workspace (Google Cloud EMEA Limited, Ireland): Your booking is added to our Google Calendar (with your name, company and note, not your email) and a Google Meet link is created for the call. We read only busy times from our calendar to show free slots.
- eusend: Sends the confirmation, reminder and cancellation emails, through an email delivery provider based in the EEA (Norway).
- Hetzner Online GmbH: Website hosting

Booking details (name, email, company, note) are deleted 12 months after the call; cancelled bookings likewise. Otherwise we retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law.
