About Matthias
I spent nine years at Solvay/Syensqo in executive commercial and leadership roles—learning how the big ingredient companies think, buy, and partner. Then I joined the startup side and learned what it really means to build the rocket and fly it.
15+ years across biotech, cosmetics, and personal care: launching products, building partnerships, negotiating distribution deals across EU and APAC, and helping science-driven founders translate R&D into revenue.
